The whole idea of prospective tenants getting in touch with appropriate homes for rent/lease remains a serious issue in Cameroonian metropolis. Home owners on the other hand have their homes unoccupied for several months most of the time, in the wait to get tenants. Through this link, we are facilitating the exercise of getting a home or an office for rent / lease. For a start we shall be listing homes and offices in the cities of Yaounde and Douala and shall extend to other cities with time.
With this service, we are hoping that an individual in Garoua for example who has been posted to work in Douala can easily find a house on this link and get in touch with the landlord or leasing agency on time before coming over, hence avoiding extra costs and inconveniencies.
